Amar Shaheed Baba Ajit Singh Jujhar Singh Memorial College of Pharmacy,Ropar, recently hosted a two-day yoga camp in collaboration with Vivekananda Kendra, Needam Gwalior. The event, organized with the assistance of the Phramanic club and Rotaract club, aimed to promote holistic well-being among participants.
Dr. Shailesh Sharma, the college director, emphasized the significance of yoga in relieving stress, enhancing concentration, and fostering physical and mental health. Yogacharya Shri Anil Sarode Ji elucidated the multifaceted benefits of yoga, asserting its role in personality development and overall well-being.
The camp featured demonstrations by shri Asharam Prajapati Ji and shri Ajay Jajjo Ji on stress-relieving yoga techniques and methods to enhance concentration.
