Hindi diwas celebrations and Adults literacy program.
Rotary Club Pinjore Hills celebrated Hindi Divas in slum area, Pinjore. Celebrations started with Gayatri Mahamantra and ended with National Anthem. Some children recited poems, prayers and Shabad . Stationery items copies ,pencils ,colours were also distributed to approx 100 needy students.
A humble effort to educate illiterate women under the literacy program was also started by Rotary Club Pinjore Hills.
President Rtn. Jeevan Jyoti and Rtn. Shashi Gupta also expressed their views why it is necessary to educate n update ourselves. It improves our lives,reduces poverty and increases our mindfulness which is the need of the hour.
