Wash Project
GMSSS Sec – 16 Chandigarh Facilitators – Ms. Manjula Sularia, Mr. Rajinder, Mr. Inder, Mr. Vishrut, Ms. Gulshan wherein 1142 students participated Nine separate sessions were held for the students to instil the sensitivity towards clean water consumption, personal hygiene, toilet habits and sanitation practices according to their level of understanding. Special props like placards were used along with practical demonstration of handwashing and oral hygiene techniques. The students were really enthralled and inquisitive about the information provided to them and very actively participated in the sessions through lively interaction and sharing their personal point of view. The team also inspected the toilet facility at the school premises and the same was found to be up to the mark.
