Mental Health awareness
On 10 th. October, 2023 A glorious, cool morning at Sukhna Lake today. General and Mental Health Committee members, accompanied by so many Rotarian friends, gathered at the lake to spread a word about being conscious of MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS . Leaflets full of suggestions were distributed and 32 names and contact numbers of senior citizens, wanting to attend activities focused on health and well-being of seniors, at our club, were noted.
