RCS HILL QUEENS has pledged to provide physical, emotional and financial support to special children of ABHI( Action for Barrier -free handicapped integration)
A small step taken by Hill Queens by helping in setting up candle stall ( made by the children themselves who are taught self sustaining skills) in different institutions across shimla..
The first stall was set up in SJVN on 26th October and candles worth 15,500 were sold.
