On 9th. October, a recapitulatory session was held in Govt school Sector 38 West, Chandigarh on menstrual cycle onset and menstrual hygiene management was held along with pad distribution amongst 186 girls students .The girls were very inquisitive and enquired about various issues around the same which were effectively resolved by the accompanying volunteers. Various taboos around menstruation were also shattered by the team. The children said that you come every month, your coming has given us so much confidence that we make people aware in our neighbour hood. We would also like to appreciate Mrs. Ravi Verma Maam , coordinator who stayed with us and helped us in building better relations with the students and distributing sanitary napkins. Mr. Rajinder, Mr. Inder, Ms. Vaneeta facilitated the event.
