Skin and Diet Seminar
In our regular club meeting held on 27th October we had a guest lecture from Ann Neeta Chadha. She gave us tips on” Skin and Diet” and how to strike a balance with the right diet, plenty of sleep, fresh air and some sunlight. The same day we were also honored to have a guest amongst us PP Rtn Narad Dawoodarry from Port Louis Mauritius. He was visiting PDG Chetan Agarwal and was kind enough to accompany him to our meeting. He shared his thoughts on Rotary, Building peace and also “Brain Gain”
