Blood donation camp
Rotary Club Chandigarh Collaborated with the market association of the Kiran Cinema Block, to set up a Blood Donation Camp on 18th. December,2023 at Sector 22,Chandigarh. Total 54 donors visited the camp. 46 units of blood were collected with 8 rejections. It was a combined request from Mr. Harjinder Singh of Chandigarh police and the market association president Mr. Parveen Duggal, that led to our maiden camp with a promise of many more. The occasion was graced by the area councilor Mr. Damanpreet Singh, who also donated blood along with a group of workers. It was heartening to have a walk in lady donor, Ms. Dimple Kumari. A few doctors made a special effort to visit the camp and meet all present. Rtn. Arun Aggarwal arranged a langar for 500 people.
