WASH PROJECTS IN GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS
In Government High School Kajheri, Chandigarh The session was conducted in two shifts wherein Number of Students Covered: 986 students. Rtn. Manjula Sularia and her team -conducted the sessions. Afternoon shift for classes 1st to 5th, 2 sessions were conducted. The sessions aimed to raise awareness among students about clean water consumption, personal hygiene, toilet habits, and sanitation practices, tailored to their level of understanding. To enhance the effectiveness and engagement, special props such as placards were used, along with practical demonstrations of handwashing and oral hygiene techniques. The students were actively involved, shared their personal viewpoints and also asked questions regarding the topic. Students actively participated in live handwash activity done during the session.
