WASH PROJECT IN GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS
In the Government High School, Kajheri, Chandigarh, Menstrual Hygiene Management & Pads Distribution Drive for girls and Gender Sensitisation for boys and girls. 493 students participated and 200 pads were distributed. We conducted a session on menstrual cycle onset, menstrual hygiene management and gender sensitisation. The anatomy of the female reproductive system was imparted in the most scientific manner for effective understanding of the onset of menstrual cycle . The students showed great interest and asked questions about various related issues, which our dedicated volunteers effectively addressed.
