talk on creating awareness regarding breast and cervical cancer
On 23rd December, A talk on creating awareness regarding breast and cervical cancer was given by
Rtn Dr. Manpreet Kaur at Govt. Girls High School. She told the children regarding self
examination technique in Breast cancer, signs of cervical cancer and treatment in both cases. The
girls were also made aware regarding the VACCINE FOR CERVICAL CANCER which is given
to girls between the age group of 09-14 Years. The club has asked the school that if the students and
parents are willing then the club will try providing it free of cost in the coming year.
