19-1-24 we had invited guests from the post office to apprise us regarding the
various schemes run by the post office. They talked about an accidental cover insurance where by
just paying a premium of Rs 400 one gets an accidental cover of 10 lakhs which includes not only
road side accidents but also fall, Animal bite etc. It was interesting to know that post office too are now associated with their own banks for cashless transactions.
