WASH IN GOVT SCHOOLS
Wash project conducted in Government Girls Model Senior Secondary School Sector 18/C U.T. Chandigarh in the presence of the Principal – Mrs. Manjit Kaur Gill and Coordinator – Mrs. Manju Grover wherein No. of Students covered – 100 students from Class - 9th and 10th which was done by the Facilitators –Ms. Manjula sularia, Mr. Inder, Ms. Vinita Shah . The students to instil the sensitivity towards clean water consumption, personal hygiene, toilet habits and sanitation practices according to their level of understanding. To make these sessions more effective and all the more interesting special props like placards were used along with practical demonstration of handwashing and oral hygiene techniques.
