RCS Hill Queens along with other NGOS / departments were invited by the RBI Shimla branch for a seminar on
Reserve Bank - Integrated ombudsman scheme, which is a single window for resolution of complaints against RBI regulated intities.
The meeting was chaired by Shri Shiv Kumar Yadav who is also the RBI ombudsman for Himachal. It was a very informative and an interactive session in which we were informed as a consumer about the ombudsman scheme which was introduced in 2019. We were informed about the rights of a consumer and safety measures and the problems faced by the consumer.
