PHYSIOTHERAPIST Seminar
On 9th February we had invited PHYSIOTHERAPIST DR. AMANDEEP SINGH to tell us
something about "NECK PAIN". He demonstrated in detail how we should keep our posture and
also various exercises that we can do in our day to day life to prevent cervical spondylitis. I am sure
that all those who attended the meeting enjoyed the discussion on this very relevant topic.
