Today RCS has added another feather in its cap by creating a hope in Amar’s life.
Artificial Limbs have been fixed in his legs and he is now able to move about.
He has been discharged today from Chandigarh.
PP Rtn Manmohan Manchanda and PP Rtn Ajit Butail were there to check his progress and get him discharged.
