With over 100 students in attendance, the event was a beacon of inspiration and guidance for those striving for academic excellence.
An invigorating talk by Rtn Dr. Rita Kalra, provided practical strategies for managing stress but also emphasized the importance of nurturing ones mental health throughout the academic journey.
