MEDICAL CHECK UP & EYE CAMP
RCS organized free medical mega & Eye Camp at Gurah Village on 28 Jan 24. Sunday was specially selected for the camp to ensure maximum participation of villagers & populace around.
The camp was organized by Guru ka Langar Eye hospital Sector 18, Chandigarh along with Doctors of RCS. The following was organized: -
➢Blood Sugar & BP Checkup
➢Diabetes vision Assessment
➢Cataract Assessment & Referrals for free treatment
➢Free spectacle after evaluation
The camp was organized from 10 am to 2 pm encompassing screening for BP, Sugar, weight and special attention for eyes & eye health. Follow up was assured to all for end-to-end treatment.A total of 135 plus were screened. 35 spectacles were distributed. 3 Children had lazy eyes and 40 persons with dry eyes were treated.
